Barbara Faga, FASLA
Executive Vice President / Principal

Ms. Faga is an urban designer, author, and speaker with over 30 years experience on urban projects including Garibaldi Repubblica in Milan, the Atlanta BeltLine Redevelopment Plan and Tax Allocation District (TAD), Centennial Olympic Park, Atlanta; Diagonal Mar Parc, Barcelona; Wharf District Park of the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway; the Tampa Riverwalk master plan and South Beach and Ocean Drive neighborhoods urban design/streetscape Miami Beach. She was named one of the top 15 women changing the world of architecture by DesignIntelligence and is a frequent speaker on public process. She authored a book, Designing Public Consensus; the Civic Theater of Community Participation for Architects, Planners and Urban Designers, published by John Wiley & Sons, 2006.

Glenn Coyne, AICP
Senior Planner

Glenn has over 19 years of professional planning experience, including public sector planning leadership in Augusta, Columbia County, and Savannah. Glenn has served as a consultant to many local governments in Georgia and Florida completing comprehensive plans and unified land development codes. This experience has enabled Glenn to assist with the regulatory and land development approval process, bringing the perspective of a facilitator with the goal to achieve high quality projects that benefit both the developer and the community. He regularly provides workshop training to planners especially in the areas of professional development and planning ethics at state and national conferences. Glenn has also served the profession in our nation’s capital as the Director of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

Jay Gillespie
Associate, Urban Planner

Jay is an urban designer in the Atlanta office specializing in physical planning, real estate development strategies and landscape design for infill sites, urban public spaces, city districts, and planned communities. He has collaborated with multiple EDAW offices on projects for both public agencies and private clients. Recently, Jay has focused on planning and design for an infill development in Milan, Italy, a professional sports stadium redevelopment plan in the U.S., the master plan for the Tampa Riverwalk in downtown Tampa, and a master plan for a 750 acre sustainable community in Charlotte, North Carolina. A member of the Urban land Institute (ULI), Jay received a Masters degree in Urban Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia.

Anne Rollings
Associate Executive Assistant/Paralegal

Anne’s background includes paralegal, research, contract drafting, and quality control contexts. She also brings strong skills in public outreach, including the development and implementation of the Tampa Riverwalk master plan, and is responsible for overall project document production. Anne draws from 15 years of previous work experience in municipal government, corporate, and private sectors. This background allows her to develop practical, informed strategies and support that can be effectively implemented for the team, the client, and the public in challenging settings. Anne is certified through the National Charrette Institute as a charrette manager, grew up in Sarasota, and is a graduate of Riverview High School the University of Florida.

Cesar Garcia-Pons
Senior Associate, Urban Designer

Cesar Garcia-Pons is an urban designer specializing in the redevelopment of existing neighborhoods, community revitalization projects and new community design. He has more than seventeen years of urban regeneration experience emphasizing planning projects at a variety of scales: regional, district, and site as well as urban infrastructure transportation/corridor studies.
